The most important part of the day is not the number twelve. You are buying a relaxed sequence of sailing, swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling stops. Sea conditions, traffic in popular coves and the captain's judgement can change the order or exact route.
If you are staying in Gocek, a harbour departure is the simplest version. If you are staying farther away, compare the transfer time carefully. A cheap boat ticket can become a long day if the pickup begins very early.

More variety on land

Stay around Oludeniz if your headline experiences are the Blue Lagoon, Babadag paragliding and Butterfly Valley boats.
Sea first, land second
A practical short trip is one or two nights in Gocek for the islands, then move to Fethiye or Oludeniz for history, beaches and mountain activities. You do not need to force every experience into one base.
